[REQUEST] Team Lead Approval Dashboard

There is currently no centralized dashboard for Team Leads to review and approve changes to ATT&CK objects, especially changes made since a specific ATT&CK release or bundle.

Solution:
Create a Team Lead approval dashboard that displays changes to ATT&CK objects made since a specific ATT&CK release. The dashboard should allow Team Leads to efficiently review and approve these changes.
