Relying on the browsers caching mechanism may still be too slow.
Try to persist SystemJS' config and modules between reloads of the sandbox.

SystemJS could be extended to allow this: https://github.com/ModuleLoader/es6-module-loader/blob/v0.17.0/docs/loader-extensions.md
