Clarify difference and make formName, formTitle, formID scannable from form cards

Description

It is difficult to differentiate between the different versions of a same form that get updated.

This makes it hard to keep track of different versions / similar files

It would be nice to see the form ID of each form when on the Forms page, so myself and the rest of my team who is invited to manage a form can easily differentiate between the form they are choosing to edit/manage. Because I’ve had to make copies of forms with the same name, the only way to check the ID is to hover over the Edit link and check the URL. I know I should be deleting the old versions but it takes a bit of time as I have to clear the responses.

Possible solutions

• Make the name editable post-publishing
• Add form ID more prominently to the card
• Make it possible to tag different versions

Versioning / consolidating the same form into one file / folder
Editing parts of a published form.
