Change the name of the app: BoardGameGeek -> BGG4A

Two reasons to change it:

1. To emphasize that this is an unofficial BoardGameGeek app.
2. The name “BoardGameGeek” has so many characters (and no space between words) that it ends in ellipsis dots on Android.

I'm torn on point one because the admins have been on a warpath and the whole site has just gone downhill in general for everything that isn't logging plays and monitoring your collection. So on one hand I say screw them keep the name and on the other hand it's nice not to necessarily be directly associated with them. Sent from my cell phone, so please excuse any typos. Thanks!
