Wouldn't let me pull, here's some descriptions for more mods!

Hey so I tried to submit a pull request for the modded item descriptions resource pack I made, but it wouldn't let me because I'm not a collaborator. Sorry, I don't really know how github works, but here's the resource pack anyway! It adds support for quark and mutated items!

Here's some more descriptions! This adds support for cataclysm, mowzie's cataclysm, jaden's nether expansion, supplementaries, alex's mobs, domestication innovation, friends and foes, galosphere, iron's spellbooks, simply swords, and upgrade aquatic. Some of them weren't working correcly though, like alex's mobs descriptions, so if you know what I did wrong there feel free to fix it or tell me! Most of these are from Craisinlord with his permission. He's the author of integrated minecraft so I translated his jei descriptions into the item descriptions format.
