Using the matrix, include, and exclude configuration parameters, published casatasks and casatools wheels can be installed into the test environments generated by airspeed-velocity.

However, rather than relying on "dependency injection" of casa6 into the test environment, the build_command and install_command configuration parameters should be used to build, install, and run arbitrary revisions of the repository source.
