Adjust Branches

We still need to add the renv branch https://github.com/UCSBCarpentry/Quarto-Project-Example/tree/renv

I have deleted the old quarto and lesson run through branches, which were long outdated.

PR with some updates to our branch that should be resolved in the incubator: #41

I made two branches:

1. renv which I branched off of main.
2. ucsbcarpentry/renv which I pushed from https://github.com/UCSBCarpentry/Quarto-Project-Example/tree/renv

But when I went to create a pull request Github didn't sense any differences in these two branches. So now I'm wondering where the Renv content is. Not sure what next step is.
