Create a stats page. Could be custom, would most likely use something like Grafana. Could include the following:

Instance uptime
Online players (graph over time?)
Other instance metrics (chat messages per minute, scores, etc.)

Post-federation tasks

Number of servers federated with candiru.xyz
Sum of players across all instances
