feat: ask tool for inter-agent communication

This inter-agent communication would make more sense if we decide to split the context (which would be great for optimizing the context window by the way) - so that every agent has its own context.

If so, then the ask tool has a lot of sense so the agents can ask each other for some detailed information from their domain.
