Property 'tool_calls' Does Not Exist on Specified Types #158

Tool_calls is not a property of either ChatCompletionMessageParam or ChatCompletionToolMessageParam, causing a TypeScript compilation error.

A workaround is to cast the type explicitly using ... as ParsedChatCompletionMessage<any>
