Video doesn't stream/show on some devices

On certain devices (not specific to Android/iOS), the stream either isn't being transmitted (though this device has both the publisher and subscriber visible), or isn't being received (publisher view is working but not subscriber). This is on maybe 20% of devices, so pretty game breaking. Any ideas?

I'm finding onPublishError is being called on one such device, calling: {connectionId: "com.opentok.android.OpentokError@868beb4"}. Any ideas? Cheers

I get the same error, just with random number and letters every time. Most recent was: {connectionId: "com.opentok.android.OpentokError@5066528"}. Have you found a solution to this?
