The h1, h2, and h3 tags all have the same size.
Due to this, there are many problems in the CSS.
Right now, the definition is haphazard and has no rule.
One tag is used in several places with different CSS definitions, and !important is written all over the place.

@prorene what do you suggest? we could delete them or limit them, like under .legacy for some reason. I'm not attached to it
