Nested pages

Currently every page that is created for a store is displayed in the list

This shows too many pages and makes it harder to navigage, turning like the blog

After sorting alphabetically compare the slugs and don't display the ones with the ruleset on the /pages

Nested pages are displayed under their parent page

When displaying pages, hide pages that would be nested

A page is nested, if it has a slug that starts with the same string as a previous page, for example the page about-team would be nested under about

When the visitor clicks and displays the about page, at the bottom after the content, there's a list of pages comoponent, titled Related content, that links to the nested pages

To find the nested pages, display links to pates that start with the same string, except itself

When displaying a nested page, the Related content links to the parent page first and then the other ones
