Custom error pages are unstyled

Our custom error pages in production on calagator.org are not loading their stylesheets or assets.

The best way to handle this is probably by creating a dynamic error page that can use the Rails app assets. Short-term, though, we could inline the stylesheet and at least it would look slightly better. What do you think?
