Warning about ostruct being removed from default gems #250

When running kramdown-rfc2629 version 1.7.21 (as installed by Martin Thompson's Internet Draft template), there is an annoying warning:

[path elided]/lib/.gems/ruby/3.4.0/gems/kramdown-rfc2629-1.7.21/bin/kramdown-rfc:3: warning: ostruct was loaded from the standard library, but will no longer be part of the default gems starting from Ruby 3.5.0.
You can add ostruct to your Gemfile or gemspec to silence this warning.
