There does not seem to be an error in this file. Same goes for your other reported typos. Could you please specify where you found that error?

I look at the plaintext: http://gg.docpatch.org/grundgesetz-dev/out/brd_grundgesetz_59_2012-07-16.txt
The typo is still there. Just search for "Kriegsdienstmit".
Same holds for the pdf and other formats.
Beside this, in the PDF File, the Header "Inhaltsverzeichnis" is placed on too many pages (so like page 12 where the descriped typo can be found).

Maybe it's corrected in the internal repo!?
