Just ran into a weird issue where a language profile was created in Sonarr that was selected by Jellyseerr was deleted, then recreated.
The Jellyseerr plugin didn't realise the language profile had changed until I re-ran Buildarr, where it then picked it up.
This might be something to do with timing: Sonarr might not have responded as if the new language profile exists until a few seconds after being submitted by Buildarr. The failsafe for when a remote resource does not exist in the Jellyseerr plugin is to not modify the remote (I think), so that would make sense.

Needs investigation, though.
