Emergency is a life-threatening situation which could cause permanent disability and even death. Every day, around the world, people who are sick and injured seek treatment, especially in some countries with a high potential for emergencies, such as Indonesia [1]. Many things could cause an emergency: traffic accidents, fire, disease, natural disaster, crime, and etc. This condition requires appropriate and immediate emergency treatment. In anticipation of this situation, Indonesia has established an emergency service as the main media for reporting that prioritizes fast processing of complaints for optimal implementation of emergency mitigation. However, this emergency service still has weaknesses, especially in the movement of its mitigation unit which is still slow in responding to emergency reports that are forwarded from the call center. While emergency services are something that has a high level of urgency and must always be a priority in its services.
Our app is responsible for making emergency services easily accessible for anyone in Indonesia. This app integrates machine learning technology to correctly classify what kind of emergency the reporter is in so that processing reporters’ situations would be automated and important things can be extracted from the user’s report. Our superior technology can accelerate responders to respond appropriately according to the user’s needs.
