Documentation should be based on the documentation in https://github.com/brian-team/brian2/blob/master/docs_sphinx/user/units.rst (using Sphinx).
Potentially, this could be converted to Markdown, which is more common nowadays.

Documentation should go online via https://readthedocs.io
