I noticed that with short windows, but when they're tall this goes away - seems behaviour of the basic theme we're using... Happy for you to PR a fix with a min-height of this element :)

Some alignment error that crept in somehow are making the lower left side of the pane look very strange, at least on my Windows, Chrome 1080p screen.
This was introduced before my recent add of the deep learning course.
