Start packaging things up into submodules #182

There's a lot of functionality in Electrum that is likely best suited for packaging into submodules. For instance:

Lattice functionality
Atom functionality
Support for reading/writing various file formats

Some of this could possibly be breaking, and even if it isn't, may be best suited for 0.2.0.
