Create Mini Table of Public benchmark scores

Users need a way to validate their models when running locally, as the website scores contain private data in some cases.

A fix is to display a table in the tutorials that has scores for resent_50 on MajajHong2015-public (IT), FreemanZiemba(V1), and Rajalingham2018 (Behavior).
