Where does README.md text come from?

This is wrong:
"Atlas of human primary motor cortex (M1), developed in collaboration with the BRAIN Initiative Cell Census Network (BICCN)"

This is whole brain not M1.

Should also reference Siletti paper & include PURL for resolving taxonomy.
