DTBook: End notes in combination with show-print-page-breaks fails

End notes in combination with show-print-page-breaks fails for DTBook input when the stylesheets inserts the string // inside note elements (which cannot contain text). This error is detected by an internal validation in the stylesheet itself.

The question is if these page breaks should even be displayed in this case. Since the note body is moved to another location, it might be confusing.
