Full MD link option?

Is there a way to export a map or list of relative link paths use the existing suggestion interface but with a settings option to drop in full Markdown links instead of [[ links]] in case I wanted to port my Markdown files (say, as part of a static site generator)?

There isn't right now - but I'd be more than happy to accept a PR that adds the option!
