It's one of the weaker parts of the main content as it's too text dependent and needs more visual variety.

Use powerpoint or keynotes to design this section as a flow-chart going through my understanding of the design stages.
Accommodate a description of UX Design as well as UX Research into the flow, as there's no need to limit myself to just research.
Consider implementing more of the colours (for example from the menu hovers) into the design to give some visual variety.

UX Design is now accomodated within the flow.
The process section is now re-drafted, more personalised, and comprehensive.

Consider making the process section even more personalised to describe your personal approach to UX Design (i.e. workshop -> research sprint -> agile cycle, etc.)
