[Bug]: Cannot rename shortcut containing ampersand

Describe the bug

I have a imported bottle and when I attempt to rename a shortcut for an executable inside the bottle (even a newly created shortcut) the shortcut is always renamed to "Program name" I cannot recall which version of Bottles I exported the backup from, although I am prompted to use soda 7.07.

EDIT: I just realized this had nothing to do with the bottle but with the ampersand in the shortcut title.

1. Import bottle
2. attempt to rename shortcut

Closing as this appears to be a duplicate of #2671

For a bug that has been reported several times, I'm surprised there is not a warning when naming shortcuts.
