2. install almost dependencies
3. install cevio ai pro through bottles
4. open cevio ai

This doesn't look like a Bottles issue.

Type in terminal this command. I typed it in two times before app execution and now Cevio AI works. Maybe this will not work for Bottles, but for pure Wine it works
WINEPREFIX="path to prefix" wine64 net start winmgmt
