Can't craft potions with combined stations tier 1 with any recursion

I have a combined stations tier 1 and, while having plenty of all ingredients, I cannot craft potions nor can I craft bottled water directly within the storage crafting interface while having recursion enabled.

I tried it with recursion set to -1 as well as to 2 but neither worked.
I tried it with builder, flipper, water walking, thorns, battle, invisibility, feather fall and regeneration potions all to no avail.

I suspect this maybe related to #266 though I am uncertain.

It seems that the bottled water recipe is the issue. If I turn off recursive, then craft some bottled water, then turn recursive on, then attempt to craft one of the potions then it works.
