UI rendering issue for Average Response Time on Safari browsers #1646

Describe the bug
When accessing any Uptime Monitor Page on Safari browsers, the UI does not render as expected. This issue is not observed on Chromium-based browsers such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expected behavior
The page should render the same way it does on Chromium-based browsers, with consistent styling and functionality.
