  • Handle proposal status (enacted, expired, ratified)
  • Capture proposal refund, insert into table reward_rest (rename instant_reward to reward_rest)
  • Use proposal deposit in reward calculation.
  • Update dRep expiry
  • Consider DRep deposit in DRep stake calculation.
  • Remove 'enacted' state in local gov impl
  • Remove null fields from Protocol Param change gov action json ([Conway] Remove null fields from Protocol Param change gov action json #304 )
  • Extract JSON from db-sync for validation
