Description

The CrossChainGovernorCountingSimple contract extends Ownable contracts from Openzeppelin.
The vote has parameters like voting period or voting execution which are time-fixed

Motivation

It would be preferable to have a transfer of ownership of the governor "pending" until acceptance so that in some cases the owner/govenor changes/accepts only after vote ends completely.
I suggest to change Ownable to Ownable2Step from Openzeppelin.
