Implement Provider Registry in UI

As part of the efforts to improve UI, adding a provider in the UI is currently spread across many different components. This ticket is to unify them and create one simple place for new Providers to be declared and configurational data will be part of this registry (what parameters are needed, which ones are optional, what methods of configuration are available etc).
