Add hosted files

Add hosted jVectorMap files (JS and CSS) to your site.
This can be useful to create JSFiddle examples

The "Type" values in the Parameter columns all have links, but don't go anywhere.

It would be cool if the documentation part of the site included links to jsfiddle examples
for each and every feature being described. Each feature would be isolated and get
its own fiddle.

For example:
