Unable to load data #4631

Steps To Reproduce

  1. open the app
  2. the error apper on home page saying that it cannot load elaborate the request

Expected Result

To load data instead of getting me an error.

Actual Result

I connected the mobile app on my android to my work self-hosted instance of bitwarden server and it cannot get data.
I'm stuck on the home page where it say "We were unable to process your request. Please try again or contact us" in italian the exact message is "Non siamo riusciti a elaborare la tua richiesta. Riprova o contattaci".
How can i solve?

cannot take screenshot or video because android doens't allow on protected application

  • Client device: samsung s21 5g
  • Server host OS: docker

this is a different issue. For me the page doesn't remain blank but get me an error as explained above. And forcing the sync doesn't solve the problem
