Если в инфоблоке есть папки с материалами, и в SEF_URL_TEMPLATES прописано "detail" => "#SECTION_CODE#/#ELEMENT_CODE#/", эти материалы доступны по всем SECTION_CODE , которые существуют. При этом хлебные крошки выводятся правильно.
