So that we can move to DB later (#934)

  • AccountRepository shall be responsible for DAVx⁵ accounts
    • not for DAVx⁵ address book accounts
    • probably no AccountUtils needed anymore

Accessing account settings and address book accounts can still be done over AccountManager for now.
