Display synchronisation progress in a notification.

Like https://github.com/Droid-ify/client/releases/download/v0.6.3/app-release.apk does, I'd like DAVx5 to display a (configurably silent) notification when it synchronises in the background.

We are working on progress notifications, but this is simply not possible with how currently the synchronization is performed. This is due to limitations on the Android framework and background tasks.

Again, we are working on some workarounds, but they mean pretty much rewriting almost all the synchronization logic, so it will take a while.

But yeah, we know they can be useful, so they are on our future-features list, though I'm afraid I can't give an ETA.
