Improving the F-Droid release changelog link #573

Hi! The F-Droid releases have a changelog link that points to this Github Discussion page which is not very helpful. I need to click the link on the Release Notes discussion to get to the correct page, scroll untill the end to find the changelog. Would it be possible for each release to point to the section of that thread relevant to the release itself? For example I've just installed the 4.3.13 and I'd love the link to take me exactly here. (I know that means changing the publishing metadata everytime 😅 ) Thank you for working on this immensely useful project ❤️ |

That's cool but I believe they decided to have a separate GitHub thread for each release notes. Example: https://togithub.com/bitfireAT/davx5-ose/discussions/615 which is totally fine by me either |
