This should work. Please provide more details. Did you set up as described here? https://www.davx5.com/tested-with/nginx Does it work with other clients? If yes, please post your config and all required steps to reproduce the problem. |

Thank you for the prompt response. Sorry, I haven't find the page you are referring to earlier. I'm using a bit more elaborated nginx config than one on the mentioned page, but it includes all directives and both modules as well (please see the link). My config is heavily based on discussions dav_ext module and the most of it is reflected here http://netlab.dhis.org/wiki/ru:software:nginx:webdav (on Russian, sorry). The only possible discrepancy could be that it is behind nginx proxy (I have gazillion jails), but I am not sure that this is the case. I have no problem accessing WebDAV with curl, Solid Explorer (Android), a web-browser as well as mount it on MS Windows and linux systems. The only error nginx throws is
The access log as follows:
In the DAVx5 WebDAV settings all is as per instructions on your website: DAVx5 mounts the WebDAV without any errors (at least it doesn't show any) and shows the share in the WebDAV settings. When I try to add the share to Material Files as per instructions, it shows no files and keeps refreshing every second to no avail. Any ideas? |

It's not possible to mount nginx based webdav with basic auth. Server throws an error
no user/password was provided for basic authentication
Any plans to support? Would be greatly appreciated
