Creating 2 accounts with the same mail adresse

My provider gives me access to CalDAV and CardDav via 2 different urls in this case
https://carddav.mailo.com
and
https://caldav.mailo.com
The recommendation in this case is to create 2 accounts.
But DAVx5 refuses to create 2 accounts with the same email address.
Even if I try to create an advanced connection.
If someone has a solution, I promise to reserve a place in paradise for them.

For the CardDAV account you don't necessarily need an email address as account name. Simply choose anything else. For CalDAV it is more important. It should be the same email address as of the calendars ORGANIZER address.

Thank you for your help.
Unfortunately I can't use another login than my email address, it's my account login, it's required (with a pswd) to get the connection.
Any other ideas?

PS: For the solution, I add the velvet on the place in paradise.

Simply make the setup with the carddav URL, then delete the pre-filled email address and write any account name here:
