DAVx5 refuses to create account on lineageOS phone.

Hello,

I'm trying to setup DAVx5 on a new smartphone, whitout succes. I cannot create an account, I have a message saying :
Configuration detection / no possible access to CalDav or CardDav. (something like that, the app is in french.)

Both DAVx5 and the owncloud server are up to date. DAVx5 is version 4.2.0.2-ose, OS is lineageOS 18.1
The server is working, I can access it with the smartphone, and the owncloud app has been installed and is running too.
I don't think there is anything to do with power saving, the app is whitelisted, and I found no other relevant settings.

Ok, I'm must confess something : usually when I ask for help on Internet, I find the solution ten minutes later.

The problem was with the URL : it's ask for a base URL, so I just gave the IP, supposing the app would infer the path to CardDav and CalDav.
But in fact I have to provide the complete URL to the CardDav, and the app infer CalDav location from it.

So it's now ok.

May I suggest that this caption, "base URL", should be changed to something more descriptive, like "CardDAV URL" ?

It depends on your configuration. If well-known URLs are set up correctly, both the CalDAV and CardDAV URLs can be determined from the Base URL.
