I also get notified randomly which might be caused by bad connection. Some setting to only send noti after X retries would be great |

Thanks for the idea. However DAVx5 is intended to be used with services that are available all the time. However maybe such an option could be useful nevertheless. Just for curiosity: did you know that these notifications don't make sound and they're automatically removed as soon as a successful connection was established again? |

I run my own Cal/CardDAV server in my local network. The option to sync in my WiFi only works perfectly fine. But shutting down the server over night leads to unwanted "failed server connection" notifications. I see them each and every morning. It's not a big deal, but it's a bit annoying.
An option to ignore the connection issues for a certain amount of time would solve this problem for me.
Similar to the synchronization intervals there could be a setting offering a predefined set of time frames.

Never, 12h, 24h, 48h
