Future appointments older than 1 month

Hi,
for years I successfully used OpenSync on my various Samsung smartphones. Due to sudden problems with the visibility of future appointments (older than 1 month) I switched from OpenSync (apparently now without support) to Davx5. Unfortunately, I have the same problems here. Only appointments within 31 days are displayed / synchronized.
Unfortunately, I can only find the option to define the time period for past appointments in the settings.
I am not aware of any active changes to the settings on my smartphone and there have also been no recent changes to the availability of appointments on the appointment server.

What could be the reason that future appointments are only displayed within the next 31 days?

Hi, future appointments should be all synchronized by default (at least as far as I know), maybe the issue is related to your server setup. Which provider are you using?

Thank you for the quick response. It has never been a problem before. I can't even say exactly when the synchronisation stopped working. All previously loaded appointments were present.
It was only a few days ago that I noticed that future appointments were missing.

My appointment server is that of an educational network at my school. It is called IServ. But I can't say exactly which technology is working there.

On the operators website it says:

I just remembered that the server introduced 2-factor authentication a few weeks ago. After entering my data, I can see the list of all calendars and select which ones I want to synchronise. And some future appointments (and all past ones) are displayed.
Can the 2FA still be a problem?

After a lot of trial and error, I found a solution. The number of days that should be checked for past dates was set too high (700d). Now with 365 days it seems to be stable and all future appointments are visible again.

It would be interesting to know how many days the limit is. And whether this limit depends on the server or the end device.

I'll think about that for a few more days.
