Sync Synoloy contacts oneway possible?

I couldn´t find any answers / solutions to my question as following:

I would like to keep all my contacts synced on Synology even if I delete a contact on my device (oneway sync). I cannot find any settings to do so. Any ideas / help would be appreciated. Thank you

The read-only option is available if you click the card (opens the detailed view) for the address book in the DAVx5 account.
