Contacts must be manually synced after rebooting from Safe Mode

To reproduce:

1. Have address book(s) already synchronized from Nextcloud (30.0.0).
2. Reboot device to safe mode.
3. Reboot again to normal mode.
4. See that address books are not synchronized and must be manually synchronized.

See that address books are not synchronized and must be manually synchronized.

How do you see it? Do you modify a local contact and it's not uploaded in time? Or do you wait until the sync interval is over and remote changes are not downloaded?

Maybe I phrased the OP poorly. All DAVx5 address books are absent from the device on boot up, and in order to get them to show back up, I have to manually synchronize.

I can confirm that after booting into safe mode and then again into normal mode, the contacts are gone (although the address book account is still here).

Seems that they're removed by the contacts provider somehow.
