Reduce opt-in trade limits

Description

After reducing max trade amounts to 0.5, opt-in limit is still 0.1 BTC, which is too high.
User opt-out limits default option (0.1 BTC) should be reduced to 0.025. BTC price when that measure was implemented was around 37500 USD.

Expected behaviour

Max trade amount default option is 0.025 BTC.
If possible, this parameter should be linked to max trade amount so no extra changes are needed in the future.

Actual behaviour

0.1 BTC is displayed.
