Error taking new offer- again after SPV resync.

Description

Have traded with this seller 6 times previously with no problem, now can't take their offers for this error.

Took 2 offers yesterday, both went to error:

Error
An error occurred when taking the offer.

An error occurred at task: BuyerVerifiesPreparedDelayedPayoutTx
Exception message: TxIds of buyersPreparedDelayedPayoutTx and sellersPreparedDelayedPayoutTx must be the same.

Please restart your application and check your network connection to see if you can resolve the issue.

We both are on latest version, v1.9.18 we both resynced our SPV files, seller reposted the offers, I took one and had the same issue. Also my messages to seller are not going through, but at least sellers messages to me are coming. Meanwhile I had no issue taking an offer from a different seller.
