What format should I enter if I want to analyze SCFAs data in qiime? I tried to convert the form to biom and then to qza and encountered the following error

Hi, this looks like a biom format error. It may help to produce a minimal example and reproduce the error that to_dataframe throws (and post on the biom_format issue tracker)
