2:(Using dc we've had some concerns with the inability to reject the A59/A51 values that musclex picks -- to resolve that Anthony is adding a button that will indicate rejection in a separate True/False column in the csv.) The same goes to PT, rejection option is useful, or maybe a comments section in the GUI

1 - Which modules should this be implemented in? I know PT already assumes the input image is folded. You're saying there is some redundant center finding going on in other modules?
2 - The comments in the GUI would just be for writing out to the results .csv? Also, what should happen if those values are rejected? Will it affect other parts of the processing?
